Unresolved

Just when I thought I was finally getting helped. It has been 5 days now since the consultant that contacted me and apologised for being the first consultant to call me after numerous complaints. Well she called and I thought I was getting somewhere when she told me that she will try her best to resolve the matter and try to assist me. She told me she was going to call me before end of working days on Wednesday 2nd May. I tried calling vodacom and trying to track her down since the only thing she told me was her name, MODI. The consultant I talked told me it will be difficult to get hold of her since they have their separate line, she adviced me to send an email to vodacom complains and request a call back. I am still waiting...

I still do not understand the standard of customers service at vodacom. This is by far the worst I have ever had. I have never beenever subjected to such poor, unprofessional and sad service.
