Unreliable Vodacom Insurance

I have an outstanding claim for my lost device with Vodacom Insurance. This Insurance is not reliable for any loss ends because they will not cover the full amount of the device but instead they will force you either to downgrade or upgrade so that they bargain. They told me that my device is longer supp**** in their market and therefore I am forced to upgrade or degrade a device, of which is to pay a ridiculous amount of an upgrade which I don't mind to go for. However, I cannot settle for less than what I had, it's not my problem that they do not have what I was suppose to have upon claiming. I am willing to pay 15% percent value amount of my lost device and expect to get what's mine but I am not going to ****med another fees I do not know. This company presents two different prices on very same products, but their insurance would tell you they do not know why the insured are not offered prices which are for prepaid although out devices were not under their contracts.. I only insured my device with Vodacom, via a Sim card contract ***. It is the responsibility of the insurance to get exactly what I was covered or else negotiate with the customer should they fail to get the insured products and not the other way around
