Unreliable Vodacom fibre and pains

We have been tracking our vodacom fibre performance over a couple of weeks. We never had vodacom fibre issues in our area in secunda, but recently our fibre has been down almost three to four days of the week in the mornings. It is severely challenging as we need to set up the day's activities for the house prior to leaving for work. We had to resort to making alternative plans, which is currently affecting our pocket. Once I spoke highly of vodacom fibre to friends, but now I simply can't trust and rely on the once flawless service.
