Unreliable Network Ridiculous Customer Service

Ridiculous customer service, trying to call to complain about fibre speed and not calling from a Vodacom number. Suppose to open at 6, been trying to get through from 6am and it's now 20 past. Are they sleeping? Some of us have to work. Paying for a service and not receiving the service is a *******. Vodacom offers unstable network coverage. There's not a week goes by that I don't phone in to have my network restored.
