Unreliable Network Provider!!!

I am so frustrated with Vodacom and their lack of service. I've had my WiFi contract for over 2 years now and all of a sudden I am unable to use it as it constantly says "No Internet Connection". I have been to all Vodacom stores in my area, I've made multiple calls and STILL Vodacom is not helping me. Instead they keep debiting their money FOR A SERVICE THATS NOT WORKING! What exactly do we have to do to get help from this useless network provider!!???
