unreliable company

<p>I have been receiving annoying calls from a company called credit worx regarding vodacom contracts that I do not have. I have been to vodacom store in maponya mall to submit documents that are needed to end this. I have since submitted my documents in march there has been no response. I went again in July 2016 still no response. No one has bothered to call me from their legal department. This creditworx has not stopped calling me.I'm very much annoyed because these big companies think that they can just play with our credit record. Things like these affect my record on ITC negatively. I'm a very unhappy customer of vodacom. To think I have never had a contract anywhere & to know that they take ********** activities very mildly is a shock. The big question is when you take up a contract they need to take your bank account details to debit you. Who have they been rebutting& why did it take them 1 year to contact me??? </p>
