***********, unreliable and terrible service

18th Oct i get a delivery of a defective device, immediately i call in and im told after 7 days they'll come pick it up. Ive been following up with empty promises of the supervisor calling me back, never happens. Then yesterday 11Nov Nomcebo tells me about 14 days , and the supervisor calling me back, ofcourse it never happens. You've given me the worst service after more many years of being your client. Extremely disappointed with this treatment. Can you please come get your device! Its sad that one has to come to such a platform to get proper service. Shame on you
