Unreasonable data charges after contract cancellation

My contract came to an end on the 30th of April 2016 and i advised Vodacom that i would be moving to prepaid at the beginning of April 2016. Approximately 10 days before the 30 Th of April 2016 the *111# number stopped working and therefore i coukd not buy data anymore, so I called the call center and they told me that my number was being migrated to a new system and therefore the call center agent could not load data onto my account. But at that time she advised that I could still use my internet as there was still data. Please remember that i could not check my balancebecause the *111# numbe was not working and Vodacom just confirmed it was a mistake from thier side as recently as this morning when i called the call center. All of a sudden a have a data usage bill of R 2100 and I am told that I am being billed for what I used even though I tried on countless occasions to get help from Vodacom to buy data. I have read other reviews with regards to this and it appears as if I am not alone, it appears as if Vodacom migrates your number and blocks you from buying data on purpose when you stop thier contract and therefore at the end of the contract you pay Exorbitant fees for Data usage even though the call center agents admit that the migration problem was a Vodacom issue.

Could i please get assistance from vodacom regarding this, the account reference is I***-2. This looks like a silly excuse by Vodacom to charge customers more money even though it was thier own systems that did not work.

how did the bill get to R2100. this is a ******* by Vodacom
