Unreasonable billing deduction for vodalive by Vodacom

For the last 6 months I have been billed by Vodacom for the vodalive service which I have not given them permission to subscribe me nor have I subscribed thereon myself or ever used this service. I started getting sms's sometime in February 2018 saying I have subscribed to Vodacom games and music services etc which I have not done. I queries this and was told on the Vodacom Customer care line that I was subscribed to about 7 services going off my account. I requested them to cancel everything. I also went into then Vodacom branch in Jeffreys Bay Fountains Mall and asked them to check if I have been unsubscribed. The lady told me I must go onto the vodalive website and unsubscribe thereon which she then did. Three days later I received another sms to say I have successfully subscribed to Vodacom games, again something I did not do!!! I again, on the 2nd of March 2018 went in to a Vodacom shop, Baywest and explained my situation to them and the spoke about it begin wasps. The lady check my account and said she is going to unsubscribe me from the vodalive service from her side which she then did and told me that I must not go onto the vodalive website at all since I then get subscribed automatically to services. I was confused because the one Vodacom assistant told me to unsubscribe from the website and the next one told me not to..... so after unsubscribing several times I still got an invoice from Vodacom for the month of March billing me for the vodalive service for an amount of R821.16!!!! How do I stop this service going off my account??? I am on the verge of stopping my debit orders with Vodacom and not paying my account anymore as I have now been billed for something for the last 6 months which I have not used. I request Vodacom to respond ASAP and give me a refund on these services or if they do not want to refund me, give me full proof and details showing where I gave them permission to subscribe me to the vodalive service. This is unacceptable and I do not believe them when they say that this has nothing to do with Vodacom (as I have been told by the staff at Vodacom). If that was the case it should not have appeared on my account each months.
