unrealliable and bad service

Its been more than two months since I booked my phone at vodacom cresta mall. When I went to make an enquiring this month about the phone was told they will bring the phone back in few dsys time but is been three weeks now and have heard nothing from them. I wish they should just give me back my phone back. To be honest after this type of service will never ever recommend Vodacom to anyone. I know my words are just a small tip of a hill but hope people with the same feeling can follow suit and dont associate themself with this service provide called VODACOM!
