Unrealible

I put an oder in for a Iphone 13 a week ago and everytimr wr phone the promise that they oreder the phone and it will be there the next day and then when we phone again they say they havent order it yet . its very poor service to keep making promises and not going through with it . we have been with vodacom for almost 12 years and we have been struggling with the service since the begining .
