UNREAL VODACOM!!!
<p>now I need a senior at VODACOM to caontact me as it seems that no one a customer care at junior positions are able or WILLING to try to help me.. this include Zanile, Kelly, Mahammed, Jericho, Zandile and Kimberly. and then also all the replies on HELLOPETER that they will contact me. is VODACOM really happy to loose their customers. CELL C is more than willing to help me with much better deals and I am going to cancel 5 of my contracts with VODACOM is they do not satisfy my needs.</p> <p>this is very very bad for VODACOM and then some of them still have the odassity to try to run CELL C down and I told them please note to speak on other networks behalf if they do not work for them. rather to keep their own customers happy. i hope that a senior person will contact me very urgent.</p>

one sparrow dont make a summer, but sometimes there is people like FAIEK at Vodacom, who really try his outmost best to comprimise for others bad attitude and go out of his way to make a customer smile.
after 3 weeks of frustration, it seems if FAIEK is going to solve my problems.thank you FAIEK, though my problem is not solved completely, I know that it will be solved today.
vodacom can be proud of you, willing to walk the extra mile.
