Unproffesionalism at its best!

On Thursday @ 15:57 I called in to Vodacom's upgrades Dept to process my upgrade. Being my first time upgrading with Vodacom, I was not exactlu sure how it worked. I spoke to a consultant by the name of Tshepiso whereby I ordered the Apple Iphone SE 16GB Space Gray on the R199 package with a free speaker. Thepiso confirmed with me that the Silver Iphone has been discontinued and that they will only be receiving stock of the SE in Space Gray, which was perfect because I wanted that color. Thepiso also processed everything and said Vodacom's follow up dept will contact me to confirm everything. On Saturday my dad receives a call from Vodacom( not sure where they got his number) but they didn't call me at all. I called in again this morning and my details were taken down and I was told I will be receiving a call shortly. Its after 3 now and I still haven't been contacted. Anyway I phoned back in and Spoke to Gugu @ 14:29 to follow up. So Gugu tells me that the Iphone SE was completely discontinued and that made me so angry because I haven't been told that in the first place. So puts me through to another dept and I spoke to nthabeng whereby she tells me that Vodacom has the phone, however they don't have the speaker. She placed me on hold to find out abt the speaker, but im still waiting for her to come back to me. I called back and Spoke to Sipho @ 15:04 and he tells me that the warehouse confirmed that they are still awaiting from Apple to approve the order on whether or not they will be receiving the stock.

i am really frustrated because everyone is telling me a different story. I have no idea on the status of m,y upgrade is ! highly disappointed.
