Unproffesional smand cannot keep to obligations

I signed a deal for fibre with a representive from vodacom. The deal was signed for R649.00 . Today I get a call from a consultant stating that they cannot give me the fibre for that price .I need to pay more if I want it. Vodacom need to stop quoting and signing contracts with clients if they cannot meet or keep to their obligation. I find this very unprofessional from such a big corporate . Vodacom doesn't seem to invest in their employee
