Unprofessionalism and Lies by Vodacom

Hi I have been a loyal customer of Vodacom for many years now and can't believe the lies from this service providers agents. They call you and want to make your plans cheaper but lie to you and when you get the bill they have done the exact opposite. They make the cost more expensive and also extend your contract period without informing you, despite me asking them on numerous times throughout the call are you sure that the cost will be cheaper, and the contract period will remain the same they assure you it will. What type of individuals work for this company and the surprising part is nothing gets done to these individual when you complain about it. I had to call customer care and query the account and had to ask them to stop the upgrade at the beginning of August 2024 and in September 2024, they still charge me an upgrade fee despite the upgrade been cancelled. it has been two weeks now since I queried losing my promotional data as well and get told that someone will be inContact with me and nothing so far. I got told by customer care that I lost my promotional data due to the upgrade, but no upgrade was done. I had to explain the entire story as I was put through from department to department and no one could help me. How do we trust a company where they feed us lies over the phone and when we try to rectify their mistake it becomes our problem to rectify. now I had to take to social media to try and get some assistance to get the problem rectified. I have been given a reference number by Vodacom which was *** and still await their feedback. Very unprofessional hey and frightening how many other people out there are been ****** in this way.
