Unprofessionalism and lack of passion

I was looking for a network devise that I can connect my laptop. I was explaining without much knowledge, but the response was narrow with of lack of interest. The intervention by another lady, with attitude that "will prove that you don't know what I'm talking about". Of course I didn't. The lady insisted that its only one "WiFi router". I had lame man knowledge that there is one devise, that is more reliable when you travel remote areas.

In essence I was not satisfied with their (two ladies) attitude and the manner in which they spoke to me. Many many thanks to the guy who simplified what i was trying to explain.

Unfortunately I left shuttered, very sad to another store in Hatfield with a hope that I will receive professional services.

My humble request: Lets treat everyone with respect, courtesy and passion. All these I haven't seen them unless proven otherwise.
