Unprofessional staff
I recently had my phone ****** , and went to the Vodacom store in Sandton City. Firstly, the ladies assisting were very unprofessional; having a private conversation together while assisting me. The other was even yawning and slanking in her desk. I did get the help I needed (which was to block my phone and receive the ITC number).
