Unprofessional service at Vodacom Zevenwacht Mall

On the 12/12/24 I visited Vodacom store in Zevenwacht Mall seeking assistance regarding the *****ulent account. The manager on duty, Lovemore, was highly unprofessional and disrespectful during our interaction. Not only did he fail to assist me in resolving the issue, but he also insulted me in front of customers and staff. He made a statement implying that I was to be blame for the *****, which I found extremely upsetting and inappropriate given the circumstances.
