Unprofessional service

I am so disappointed with the service from Vodacom BT Ngebs (Mall of Mthatha) . My mom ordered those vodacom deals in store and got a call a week later that the phones arrived but when she went to collect she was told that the phones were given to another customer. This is so unprofessional and disappointing from such a big store. She ended up being persuaded to cancel the deal .I am never shopping there again.
