Unprofessional service

From the beginning of the year i have been having trouble with Vodacom to clear my account status - Till today i cannot get it cleared up - as it is holding me back from getting a new account!! this is ******* every time i call they keep telling me the same thing - This is annoying this needs to be sorted out.
