Unprofessional Service

<p>My Wife Cracked her Iphone 7+ Sceen. On the 28th of April 2017. All we asked for is a quote to submit to our insurance.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is now the 1st of June 2017, we have recieved no Quote or even an indication as to when the phone will be return to us.</p> <p> </p> <p>In this day and age your entire life is in your phone, and decpite sevral calls to Vodacom we still are no closer to even recieing a quote!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>we are furious!</p> <p> </p> <p>our Job number is ********** 2</p> <p> </p> <p>Call my wife at ********** .
