Unprofessional, rude and exclusive to disabled people
Worst customer service in South Africa. VODACOM MALL @ REDS, CENTURION
We went in to cancel a contract - my hearing impaired mother and myself. The way that we were treated was shocking. Vodacom as a company, and this store in particular, enacts policies that excludes the differently abled, and people with physical limitations. Muriel refused to assist us in store to cancel a contract. The 15 computers in the Reds Mall store are not capable of canceling a contract, and she was not able to verify my mother's identity - being there in person with an ID document, driver's license and a municipal account was not deemed sufficient evidence to her existence. My deaf mother had to have a telephonic conversation to verify her identity. Being physically present at the location where she signed up for the contract was not acceptable, and she was told 3 to 4 times how rude she was by Maryam, the operator at the cancelation department.
Thank you Vodacom, for treating a physically disabled person like an asshole. You are a disgrace, and your employees are rude, untrained and useless.
