UNPROFESSIONAL PRACTICE UNAUTHORIZED NUMBER CHANGE
I have moved my cell number over to MTN last month. I have phoned Vodacom to cancel my contract, because MTN struggled to do the port. A month later after I have my new contract with MTN and my old number, I now received a new invoice and statement from Vodacom with another cell number allocated to my account. How the hell!! I'm sorry, but if this debit order goes off my bank at month end, I'm going to crack, how do you just allocate a number to someone, without calling or informing in any way. I did phone to cancel my contract not to add another number.
