Unprofessional, No idea what is going on

I have Phoned Vodacom on the 12th April 2019, to cancel my contracts, that will be expiring at the end of the month, then the lady said, that I should be able to cancel one, but have to pay a penalty for my other contract for early cancellation. I have got both of my contracts at the same time, so both of them should end the same time, as both of them, was exactly the same kind of contract, and had the same terms, she then told me that the one I have to pay penalty fees on, was a upgrade that I did in July 2017... July 2017 I was unemployed, so there was no way that I could have done a upgrade in that time... She then told me to hold on for a while, then she told me that actually the contract is only expiring 2021??? I then told her, that how can that be possible..?? I don't have work, then I get a 48Month contract from vodacom??? Does Vodacom offer 48Month contracts???

I am really disgusted in this call centre agent, as I see that this is extremely unprofessional from vodacom's, and I sounds like, she don't have any idea what is going on....

I please would like answers.

I did phone vodacom, on the 7th of May 2019.. They said that noticed a problem with the dates on the one contract, and that they will investigate, and come back to me, so far to date, no one has come back to me, to resolve this query... I see this as Extreme poor service...
