Unprofessional network
Did a upgrade online on 1st October, received a call regarding confirmation on Saturday 2nd October stating both phones are available and will be delivered 5-7 working days, I called in Monday 4th October regarding tracking number and was told the package is ready and waiting for ram couriers to collect it and tracking number will be sent any time, on Tuesday I called in again as I not received the tracking number yet and was told that the device is out of stock I must wait 2-3weeks for it to be delivered, I was not even notified of the problem although I called in every day to get a tracking number, everyone said its on its way,there are unqualified people who where called from road to work there

18 Oct 2021, 14:41I called in today 18th October 2021,to query about delivery of the devices, the called center agents are so useless with the next week Friday story, every week Friday they receiving stock, but no delivery, almost 10 years with this company, but the workers are useless please employ proper staff, stop employing people from the streets👍
