Unprofessional "managers"

So I have been struggling with vodacom network since last week, I called vodacom customer care since this was not the 1st time experiecing such, my 1st time, I was assisted promptly, so now I speak to a certain manager by the name of Zikhona who ddnt want to provide her surname and merely tells me there's nothing she can do since I do not want to provide her with other vodacom users cellphone numbers, she couldn't be bothered with my query and was very rude.
