Unprofessional Consultant

I went to the Vodacom at Jabulani Mall on Saturday and the consultant was not professional at all. She kept using her phone, making calls and chewing gum, that was very distasteful. I am protecting her identity because I do not wish to land her in trouble but just to encourage Vodacom to ensure that their staff keep professionalism at all times, even on weekends.
