Unprofessional conduct

I took my phone in for repairs on the 30 Jan 2016, It had a charging problem, so I booked the phone and battery to be repaired under warranty. The consultant informed us that the repair shop will only open the first week in Jan 2017, which understand. On the 23rd Jan I received a SMS to collect the phone. When I arrived there the phone rear was cracked where the *****s hold it together and my battery was missing. The consultant couldn't tell me where my battery was the the manager was late that day. They let me phone head office, and I end up rebooked the phone. On the 1st Feb. The same thing happened! This time at least, I find the manager there, which made empty promises. Today still no phone!
