Unprofessional business conduct

I have had Vodacom fibre for a number of years. I recently wanted to increased my download and upload speeds. I did some research and found a package from Vodacom. This seemed to be a good deal as it was cheaper than my current contract. I contacted Vodacom and enquired whether I good changed to the contract I have found. It was at this point where everything went south. I had to have a specific fibre line fir that deal. Double standards if you ask me. I decided to end my contract with Vodacom. I phoned in and cancelled my contract middle of February. I was told that it can only be cancelled at the end of March. I accepted that. At the end of March I got billed again. I sent an email and all feedback I get is a computer generated response. I also discovered that my fibre line has been suspended. Through the ******** deduction, I as a pensioner is unable to honour other financial commitments. This will have a negative impact on my credit record. I will never have anything to do with Vodacom.
