Unprofessional behaviour by staff

On Thursday 8 December I went to Vodacom in East Rand Mall to do an uograde on my cellphone. I walked over to the first consultant (Mirriam) that was available.

We discussed the deals they had available, she went to the back roomand brought back the phone I was interested in, while talking to her about an addidtional data plan her personal cellphone rang, which she then answered in the middle of our conversation. This personal phone call went on for around 15 minutes, in which time I had walked to the Vodacom 4U store and came back. While waiting for Mirriam to end her personal call, another customer that was assisted by Mirriam earlier that day walked in and also waited for Mirriam. Mirriam then ended the call and started assisting the other customer, while I was still waiting.

I picked up the phone I was about to purchase and walked over to another consultant that was available as I found it quite rude that she wast 1st of all allowed to take personal call on the shop floor and that she was helping another customer while I was there 1st. Mirriam then proceeded to scream at her collegue that was then assisting me and telling her that she was *****ing her customers, all while the shop was full of customers. I told her that she could continue assiting the other customer she had decided was more important to assist eventhough I was there 1st.

Mirriam then continued to tell her customers how I walked away while she was assisting her etc.

I decided to bring Mirriam's unprofessional behaviour under the attention of the store manager, but he didn't seem interested.
