Unprofessional behaviour by a Consultant

Good day,

There is a consultant at vodacom shop at ghandi square, I spoke calmly towards her and she attended to my query with arrogance. I continued to attend to my issue as I could see she was not going to assist me further.

When I was done with my call, I requested her to give me her full names and she only gave me her First name and refused to give me her Last name. Her name is Dineo from vodacom shop at ghandi square. She also accused me of *****ing her pen... Meanwhile I bought my own pen as I attended my own query.

Her behaviour towards clientele service is uncalled for and a person working with customers/ clients, her behaviour was uncalled for...
