Unprofessional and useless customer service

Vodacom is hiring a bunch of useless sales and after sales consultant, who can't even assist you in resolving a simply query, all they know is convince you to stay on their network but fail to resolve problems. I called Vodacom several times wanting to cancel my contract but I have not been assisted all they want is offer me useless packages
