Unprofessional and taking my money

Firstly, my August debit order of R761 bounced, causing effort on my side to fix whatever technical error Vodacom experienced.

Second, when I went to pay the amount manually at a Vodacom Shop, they informed me "not to worry" the outstanding amount will debit from September. Okay great. 01 September arrives and my SIM is locked because of "outstanding payments".

I head over to the Vodashop and they basically tell me, the SIM will be unlock once I pay (like I wanted to do 2 weeks prior), but they can't identify the amount, I should basically should guess the amount and pay. UNPROFESSIONAL.

I pay an amount of R780.00 to be safe.

Third, on 02 September the next morning, my account is STILL locked and to make matters worse, the August AND September debit has been take from my account, and this includes the full payment I made yesterday. THUS R761 x 3 was paid to Vodacom.

1. Why do your staff NOT know how to deal with these instances PROFESSIONALLY?

2. Why do your staff NOT know what the outstanding amounts are?

3. I want the amount of R780.00 to be refunded to my account immediately.
