Unprofessional and rude consultant SNE

I called the Contract Cancellation line of Vodacom on ***. The Consultant Sne was rude from the beginning of the call and at no point did she even want to listen to anything I wanted to say. When I asked for the reference number for the call she refused to give it to me. I then asked for her Supervisor and she said he's unavailable. I asked her to put me through to complaints and she said she doesn't know the number. Completely unprofessional especially since they (Vodacom) didnt cancel my contract last year to begin with.
