unprofessional and rude
Vodacom - your staff at *** are extremely unprofessional and rude, they do not even understand the words customer or service, I am mind blown, it is such a stark contrast to the staff I deal with in store, the staff at the store are amazing but these ones that call, disgustingly rude and have no idea on the law of this beautiful country we live in.
