Unprofessional and no service
The most unprofessional ordeal. Lack of integrity, infrastructure and accountability!
Phoned in 3 months ago (08/11/2021 to cancel my contract but was convinced to stay with an amazing deal! I did not peruse any alternatives due to my upgrade thats being processed.
My contract is still not upgraded or cancelled!! 3 months of excuses and empty promises. The device is out of stock, all other provider deals is expired. Each consultant keeps on blaming the other and not even the managers get back to you as promised!
They just hope that you disappear in the crowd and gets away with everything.

I wasn’t advised on anything as vodacom rep**** but just told that its been escalated and someone will get back to me which still hasn’t happened and my situation remains unresolved
