Unprofessional and *********** Call Center Staff

I was never being frustrated the way i am, i spoke to 9 people at their call centre 3 weeks ago still my query not resolved. No one bothered to call me back as i was promised. I can pay for any product but customer experience in after sales service is a differentiator. 2 call center staff proceed my request incorrently and i never received the service i requested and i was billed. When i call 9 people could not assist me or channel to the right person/department. I even requested that the call center staff that answered my call to get a Manager to listen to the recordings and return my call
