Unprofessional and bad attitude

Vodacom Kimberley New Park branch, the lady working at the repair side at this branch had a very bad attitude today. We walked in for a repair on my phone, she didnt greet us or even look up as im sure her cellphone was more important, when we greeted her she carried on with her cellphone and just stood up and walked away we as customers were very very disappointed, her name is Brittany_, we feel this is not acceptable and very unprofessional from her side. A other very nice lady named Kelly came to help us after Brittany was to busy on her phone. She needs to learn customer service because of her bad attitude Vodacom will not see us again
