Contacted by some indian gentlemen, from Voacom Broadband, trying to sell me a tablet and data package, upon advising him that I do not need it at this point in time he get all ****y telling me what I should say if I am not interested.<br> <br> Please enquire who this person is and address with your staff how to remain professional even when clients do not wish to take up additional products.<br> <br> I have been a long standing client of Vodacom and do not wish to be spoken down to by some snotty know it all individual.<br> <br> I require detailed documented feedback as to how this matter was resolved.<br>
