unprofessional

I was due for an upgrade at the end of march 2017 but I called vodacom around the 22nd of april to cancel my contract since I'm unemployed the consultant convinced me to do an upgrade I agreed at 1st but called back 10minutes later to cancel that contract. On the 1st of april vodacom debited my account so I called several times to make sure the contract gets cancelled & I was told it will be sorted out because I kept getting calls and messages saying my account is in arreas since I had no funds in my bank account. I don't understand how I can be liable for something I do not have or agreed for. Also this will affect my credit score which is so unfair even though I am unemployed I am trying my best to keep my credit scores good. I've been on holiday the past 3weeks and could not do much. Vodacom has also cuty service. Please assist me since vodacom could not do the right thing. This is such a big inconveince for me.
