Unprofessional

Company cellphone upgraded in March. Received my new S7 in May. Started using the phone on 25 May 2016. After 1 hour the microphone was not working. Sent it back to to the branch who sent it to the repair centre for repairs. Got my phone back after 2 weeks, but now with a new problem. Went back to the branch who said they will have to send it back to the repair centre. The branch manager and owner of the shop promised me that they will send the phone with a recomendation and motivation letter to speed up the repair or exchange the phone. The phone was sent to Durban and they then sent it to Johannesburg who say they have 2 weeks to examine the phone. They confirmed that they have no letters on file from the branch owner or manager. I find this very unprofessional and is sad to see that this is what customer service has come to, where a branch manager and shop owner can lie to clients with no effort
