Unprocessed cancellation request
My complaint isregarding the cancellation of my contract, which expired on 31 January 2025. I requested an early cancellation, and a cancellation quote was provided. However, despite this, my account remains active beyond the agreed termination date.

The failure to process my cancellation request has resulted in an active account beyond my contract period, which is unacceptable.
