Unpleasant Service!!

I am very disappointed with the service I am getting from Vodacom. Took a contract in January I've paid more than 6000 in less than 6months. Whenever I request for detailed statement, I never receive it at all!! Every consultant gives me a verbal breakdown which doesn't add up no statement emailed to me! Turns out installments are even different from month to month. Pure Nonsense and now there's no turning back. Vodacom is operating like some sort of scheme it is so annoying because I trusted this network provider been with it for over 20years on Prepaid now I get this nonsense!
