unpleasant experience while upgrading
Good day Vodacom
It's not acceptable that x2 devises have been brought back reference *** and *** and only one credit has been passed and the other I was advised that it will only be done month end. The devised were brought back and cannot be billed for something that is not in my position, I don't agree with this.
Regarding my number ending in 3793 no sim card was brought in when the phone was upgraded but when I called the aftersales contact center, they could see that a sim card was issued? what happened to that sim card? It is now expected of me to go to a Vodashop purchase a sim card and proceed with the sim swap, this is highly disappointing.
