Unpleasant experience after years of loyalty

Well if you looking for problems and hidden clause take fibre from them.I currently own 2 but tried to cancel both today.I struggle a lot with network and their prices are crazy .I pay R1460 and this wasn't the amount I initially signed up for but apparently if your contract finishes and you on month to month it goes up but you'll never be informed of this when you take up the contract.So anyways one fibre is currently over 3 years the second in 2 years now when I called to cancel as I've finished the 24 month contract the first one of 3 years I'll still have to pay 2 more months for it .I cancelled today 02/08/23 but I still must pay august monthend and September monthend will only get a October? question is what for since I've been told the price went up because it's month to month? Second one I'm told I can only cancel from the 1st of December because I relocated last year and connection was only done in December so because of that another 12months was added to my contract? what for my place was already wifi ready and I moved with my old wifi device plus I actually moved in October but because of their incompetence I was only active in December mind you even then I payed in full no discount even after staying 2 months waiting for them. So guys have internet connection, availability in nice and all but be careful,read the fine print don't let anyone convince you,do your own research otherwise you'll end up regretting like me. Only I know I can't wait for this year to finish so I can kiss Vodacom good bye
