Unpleasant experience

What an unpleasant experience, not that I'm shocked but what's the purpose of me having my SIM card RICA'ed? So I realised yesterday that I wasn't able to make calls via WhatsApp and this morning, knowing that my data is still sufficient contacted the call centre for assistance.

Spoke to Busi who decided to cut my call while I was expressing my dissatisfaction had to call again mind you I'm driving which is not safe. Why must I waste my fuel and go to the vodashop for network issues that Vodacom is very much aware of?I'm certain that Vodacom is aware because even my home WiFi is giving issues yet I've decided to stick to mobile phone data as it better connects now it's also been ****** by Vodacom.

What makes Vodacom think it's okay to ***** from consumers?is it not enough that we paying a lot of money for data?
