Unpleasant behavior

We went to vodacom for our phone to be repaired, we were asked if we have insurance and we said yes, the tech guy then told us we had to pay a R150.00 access fee which we said ok, they then gave us this ****pie phone to use until our phone is ready, we were then taken to the manager to pay the access fee ,she didn't greet us all she said was that the price is now R200 so I said to her why doesnt your all your staff know the correct price she rep**** saying that the staff only gives an estimate price so I said well u should tell all your staff the correct price. I then told the manager we were told we would get at least a Samsung pocket phone she says all those phones are out so I said that's the same excuse from last year she then rep**** you should be lucky you getting a loan phone and i said not happy getting this piece of **** she then said to me well vodacom didn't promise you an Iphone so I said yes I know that but we weren't told we getting this piece of **** phone, she gave us our receipts and we left the store. The manager was rude and arrogant with no customer service skills and was so untidy, she is also ****** as she was very friendly only to the white people! Disgusted
