UNPATIENT

It's now been 1 week and a half since I placed my first order ... I begged and pleaded to recieve my device by this Friday which is today ... BUT I HAVENT HAD A CONFIRMATION CALL VODACOM CONFIRMATIONS

I might be eager but I am a new customer to you and I do think that in my own experience that customers do come first .. I app**** and went through weeks now after a very sweet lady called Rochen assisted me I was happy and she sorted out my problem everything is approved etc I am just waiting on confirmations department to contact me ..It's almost been 72 hours since it's been approved and after being on vodacom chat I do understand that it takes 3-7 days for delivery but then this consultant says confirmation calls take 24 hours and then this one say 48 I'm feeling confused ... I really would like if they were so understanding and helpful as Rochen was ... PLEASE CAN CONFIRMATIONS CALL ME TODAY BEFORE 12:00 .. I'd liketo recieve my device by this FRIDAY I've called out 150 Minutes to vodacom since I'm only now becoming a customer I call from my MTN nr... Each time I hear just have patience just have patience ... It's the end of the year I need my device for business purposes to make videos of my school children at their end year function as my phone is broken I cannot use it at the moment
