Unpaid Reminders/Calls after account was already settled.

Today I decided to take this a stepp further.

Vodacom has send me a statement 3 October 2021, balance (R0.72) that they owe me. But still they call me, my mother, email unpaid letters daily. And every day I have to tell the whole story over and over again. All they have to do is take time to go look into their system and see that the R235.08 they say I owe them was paid ***1 R235.80 Can Vodacom just stop calling me.
