Unpaid fee
To whom it may concern, i had an unforeseen circumstant a month ago and my debit order was unpaid for vodacom, over 15 years i have a contact with vodacom my debit order has never been unpaid, the first instant that my payment is unpaid vodacom charges me an unpaid fee over R100 without even understanding the reason that caused the unpaid after so long of having a contact with them.
